Operation Manager/ Project Manager/ Coordinator

Job Title: Operation Manager/ Project Manager/ Coordinator 

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Manager/ coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our business and executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the executive office, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.

Experience – 2 Years in related role

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Projects Management and Reporting: Drive diverse and unique projects, Build and maintain project plans, ensure projects and events are on track. Coordinate with stakeholders and provide status reports to management in a regular basis.
  2. Document Management: Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring efficient retrieval of information. Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and SOPs and other documents.
  3. Project Support: Provide support on special projects, collaborate with other team members to facilitate cross-functional initiatives. Help in market research using online or offline tools. 
  4. Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  5. Communication and Correspondence: Draft and edit emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of executives. 
  6. Meeting Coordination: Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute follow-up action items to relevant parties.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  6. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  7. Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
