CA Aarti Nilesh Lahoti, Co-Founder
Aarti has done her Articleship from a Big4 firm. She is a dedicated faculty member for CA Final and CA Intermediate courses. She has been imparting knowledge in audit subject to thousands of students for over 18 years and she brings unique experience to students based on her working knowledge as an auditor.
She is committed to bridging the gap and changing the perception of audit as a dreaded subject among students. Through her pedagogy, combining practical insights with mnemonics, her students develop a clear understanding and interest in the subject, leading to success in the CA exams.
After gaining experience as a faculty for so many years, working closely with other faculties, and understanding the needs of the students she decided to create a platform for bringing the best faculties and their unique courses for the CA students
Vishal Bhardwaj, Co-Founder and CEO
Vishal is an MBA in marketing and finance and has working experience of more than a decade. He worked as a Business Analyst in a large corporate and gained experience in the field of budgeting and planning, business structuring, strategic corporate matters, project viability analysis, developing and establishing new projects, monitoring and analyzing marketing strategies, branding and positioning, and project monitoring.

Ajay Sharma, at MagnetCA, is the guiding force behind the startup’s marketing direction and technological vision. With over 18 years of rich experience in Customer Success and the IT industry, Ajay brings deep expertise and insight that continues to shape the strategic roadmap of this new-age EdTech venture, known for its value-driven approach to transforming delivery of education.
Ajay held significant roles at a multinational corporation headquartered in the USA, where he played a key role in developing advanced solutions in supply chain management and customer service operations. His professional journey across India and the United States has equipped him with a global outlook on technology trends and best practices.
