Course Access Restrictions

A user can access purchased courses on two devices only:

• One browser device (mobile, tablet, PC, laptop, or Mac)
• One device via the 1FIN App (tablet or phone)

Access sharing or switching to unauthorized devices will lead to blocked access without refund.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date account info.
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials.
• Log out after each session and report unauthorized use.
• Company may suspend accounts in case of misuse.
• Only legally competent persons may register (minors require consent).
• Indemnify Company for damages from misuse.
• Indian Contract Act, 1872 governs eligibility.

• Relationship: No employee/partner relationship created.
• Feedback: Non-confidential, usable by Company without obligation.

Governed by Indian law, jurisdiction in Hyderabad. Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.
